We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A 50% deposit is required for installations and repairs, with final payment due upon completion. Custom retail orders require full payment at time of order. There are no refunds on custom orders.

No. All of our installers are employees of Campanella Fence. They are background checked, licensed, fully-insured and E-Verified by the US Government. Our foreman are trained fence professionals with collectively over 50+ years of experience.

Our typical start time from date of signed contract is 3-4 weeks, but can be affected by delays due to weather, permitting and other unforeseen events out of our control. Once on the job, your assigned crew is there until the job is complete.

All projects that require digging of any type are required by law to contact "Dig Safely" for mark-out of any public underground utilities before commencement of any work. Flags and/or paint may be used for marking and should not be removed until after all work has been completed. Campanella Fence employees are Dig Certified by New York State.

Yes, All of our installation estimates are free and include measurements, a written proposal and consultation with one of our experienced fence professionals.
